The cost of your custom shed includes assistance designing the building, FREE delivery within 20 miles of Roseville, Ca., professional installation, and all base building materials. Each Timber Tough Shed includes Double Doors, a working window, residential 30 year roofing and the industry’s strongest flooring system!
How long will it take to install?
MOST Base sheds under 100sf are installed in 1 day. Added options and larger square footage will extend install time to 2-3 days. We work fast and clean to get it complete as quickly as possible.
What site-prep must be done by me?
Your install location my be clear and easy to access. The distance from parking must be less than 100 feet away and the walkway must be 3 feet wide. The site location must be level within 6 inches before the installer arrives.
How long do I have to wait for my Timber tough Shed?
Install times typically vary between 1-4 weeks due to seasonal demands and the type of building purchased. When you purchase your shed, our installation professionals will coordinate a date for installation, which can be scheduled Monday through Friday, except on holidays. Your schedule and site preparation are important factors in coordinating installation.
Do I need a permit for this storage building?
Permit requirements and costs vary by location. Smaller storage sheds (usually under 120sf) or custom sheds installed on rural building sites are less likely to require permits than larger buildings. All permits are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Timber Tough Sheds does not pull any associated permits. Consult with your local building authority to determine if a permit is required for your installation. There may be covenants in your neighborhood regarding acceptable building size, style, height, location, etc. that should be considered as well.
